I recently had a takeaway from Hawker Street, and I really enjoyed it. The Hainanese chicken stood out in particular it was tender, flavorful, and well-prepared. Even as takeaway, the quality held up nicely. Definitely a spot I’d return to when I’m craving good Southeast Asian flavors.
My favorite is sichuan chili oil chicken rice. A place to go if you miss Singaporean style kopitiam. Cons: they have steep stairs. All big tables are on the 1st floor. Ground floor only bar table.
