Great for a 24hr stay. |Airline put us here due to missed connection. |Staff friendly . Great communication on the front desk about transfer times back to the airport. Food hot and there’s plenty to choose from . Desserts were tasty . Room clean and shower hot . No complaints.

Rooms are good. But can improve more. Very good location. Service is good. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rate is excellent!!!

Overall, the stay was perfect. However, when we had a friend or family member visit, they were not allowed to come in. Normally, most hotels in the UAE allow visitors after checking their ID or license at the reception. But the receptionist on day duty did not allow this and seemed to ignore our request.

Its good place to relax, the room is so clean and well organize, they know what travellers need, and the pool even though its small but it serves its purpose... Well done thanks Palm Inn, thanks Ate "Hennie"
