I had the 'Plat du Jour' for lunch at the canteen. The tabboule was Ok, the Lentil soup was perfect, and the Mloukhiya with rice was amazing (similar to the original Lebanese recipe). I did not enjoy the souffle that much, but it was still acceptable.
