I was little worried when I first filed my claim online but the system was actually very easy to use. Uploaded all documents and got a response within two days. Good experience overall.

Very satisfied with my car insurance policy. The roadside assistance add-on is fantastic — used it once when my battery died on the highway and they came within 30 mins. Small deduction because renewal had a minor delay.

The first assessor they sent didn't turn up on time. Had to reschedule. After that the second visit went well and the claim was approved without any issue. Car repairs were done for properly. If not for the first delay this would've been 5 star.

Got into a minor accident. Called QIC, they were calm and reassuring, told me exactly what to do, sent the claim form by WhatsApp. Car was in the workshop within 2 days. This is what good insurance looks like.
