I recently used QIC Insurance for my insurance needs. The overall service was good and handled professionally. However, the customer service experience could be improved, especially in terms of communication and response time. Overall, a satisfactory experience, but there is room for improvement in customer care.

I was very excited about the service behaviour of qiic staffs especially Ms Prasanthi dasari. i get the assistance of her regarding a policy issue of my vehicle. She gave a better quality of service and great response quickly on my issue.anyway I'm really impressed with professionalism and sincerty of her towards her profession.
