I visited Bosch store in Lagoona Mall and was welcomed by Mr. Ahmed Diab.
I have to thank him for his kind greetings and knowledge of the products that he communicated with a decent smile. Ahmed made me leave the store with a very positive experience.. Thanks again!
Fadi has excellent customer experience! Initially, I had a really bad experience with Bosch but he managed to recover the situation!
