OMEGA - Place Vendome

Hi Priyesh and Sardarbek,

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you properly. …

I had a wonderful experience at Omega Palace Vendôme. Maissa provided outstanding customer service—she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. Thank you for making this purchase memorable.

Great experience since the first time I called omega Vendome branch, Maissa was very responsive. We continue the discussion through chat until I came to the branch to see the watch directly. Really good service 👍🏼 …

We had the pleasure of working with Maissa to help me pick my first automatic watch, and she was absolutely amazing. Asked very good questions, was patient with me and offered great advice. She was also very knowledgeable about the watches and honest - not just trying to sell me the most expensive one there.

I had an excellent experience at OMEGA – Place Vendôme Lusail. I purchased an Omega Speedmaster Professional and was assisted by Mr. Priyesh, who provided outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Truly exceptional customer service and a great boutique. Highly recommended.

I visited the store today there was an Indian or Pakistani staff who was very accommodating and spent some time showing me the new and best selling collections.

Maissa provided exceptional service and care in helping us to choose the perfect watch for our special occasion. She went the extra mile by providing a travel case for our purchase so we can transport the watch with peace. 10/10 on customer service and satisfaction, we hope to see her again!

Great store and excellent customer service. Special thank you to Maissa and Bek !
