City Exchange Head office

I lately have had a very positive experience with City Exchange. I am particularly thankful to Mr Yasin at their head office for excellent customer service and resolving a funds transfer issue. He kept me posted with regular developments until the matter is fully sorted out to my satisfaction.

Excellent customer service! The staff was polite, responsive, and very helpful. Thanks to the executive Ms.Geeta at headoffice for the support . Overall experience was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended.

The service at the Najma branch is excellent. I really appreciate Mr. Riyaz, who genuinely takes care of customers and guides them in a very polite and professional way.
