Reception and service are pretty good. They are pleasant to help out on any inquiries and offer suggestions on local tours. Location is very close to MTR and some prime attractions. Room is spacious and comfortable though it is not a modern design.

Staff were very helpful and kind, and very welcoming. Check in was smooth and check out even faster. Very clean hotel. Quite a distance from airport, but not too far. Very nice view. Rooms were very clean and organised. It’s quiet , no noise. Good Atmosphere, would go there again!
